I have just gotten my hands on an awesome Adult Coloring Bible Study book entitled "Christmas Joy" by Leslie Eaton with Bible Stories from the Heart.  You can check them out at  http://biblestoriesfromtheheart.net/  The "Christmas Joy" study is a great bible study with easy to read scripture and deep biblical truth for a newly born Christian or a seasoned saint.  Leslie starts out with scripture then gives you a little history into what is happening during this time period.  She allows you to learn just enough to make you understand but not to much to over whelm you.  She uses the SOAP method during this bible study which I find very helpful going while going through the scripture.  It allows you to examine yourself while simultaneously praising God for what he has done.  The bible study also contains beautiful scripture art which allows you to meditate on what you just studied so you can soak it into your heart.  Allowing yourself to truly connect with the Lord and what he is trying to say to you in his still quiet voice.  I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to draw closer to the Lord during this very busy time of year.  Again, thank you to Leslie Eaton for allowing me the opportunity to try this heart filled bible study! Nice Clean Face

I just tried using Everclen face wash this weekend.  It was a nice clean wash that left your skin feeling fresh and new.  I just wet my face with warm water and all it took was one pump of the pearly white wash and I was clean!  It leaves your skin feeling fresh and vibrant! Here's goes nothing!!

I have really wanted to try my hand at blogging? I have been researching information about it and how it works.  I would like to blog about anything really. If there is a product or service that would make a moms life easier or bring a smile to someones face I would like to be apart of it. So if anyone knows how or can give me ideas on getting connected let me know. So for now I am just going to jump in with both feet and do it. Right or wrong. I will learn as I go. Yes! Sometimes it is the hard way but sometimes it is not so bad. I should gain lots of experience from it. LOL I am needing the sun to shine today to get motivated but as always the SON is shining bright! Have a blessed day!!

Homemade Bread

I had a very fun weekend making homemade bread. It turned out great!! This will definitely become a staple in our house. It is so easy and great tasting.  My kids helped me make it too. It turned into a great learning tool for them.  They learned the importance of measuring and following directions. Plus it showed them how much love and work goes into making dinner. Being a little more frugal in our home saves money which is great! I love Pinterest and have created a board called frugal.  That is where I have pinned all frugal recipes and ideas. Follow me as I try to make small changes in our lifestyle to save!

I finally did it!!!

I finally did it!! I made a batch of homemade laundry detergent.  I am so proud! It was so easy I recommend you at least try it and see if you like it. I was kinda leery at first. Well, I am it and it smelled great!! Okay so I was still not convinced that it would clean good.  I immediately started a load and couldn't wait for the load to finish.  I opened the lid and was impressed. They looked great and smelled great! Now final test. The dryer! I waited for the dryer to finish and I loved the results! Now I am off to make some homemade fabric softener.  I will let you know how that turns out soon!!
